2. Scope & Definitions
These Terms apply to orders placed via our online shop by consumers and, where applicable, business customers. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected. “Consumer” and “business/entrepreneur” have the meanings assigned by German law.
3. Pre-contract Information
Key product features, compatibility information (where relevant), total price (including VAT), shipping costs, delivery restrictions, delivery times and available payment methods are displayed on the product pages and/or during checkout before you submit your order.
4. Contract Formation (Ordering Process)
4.1 Ordering steps
- Select products and place them in the shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and enter the required details.
- Before submitting the order, you can review and correct input errors.
- The contract is concluded when you click the order button clearly indicating a payment obligation (e.g., “Order with obligation to pay”).
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
4.2 Contract text & languages
We store the contract text and send order details and these Terms to you by email. You can also save/print these Terms. Contract languages: English and German.
5. Prices, VAT and Shipping Costs
All prices shown in the shop include statutory VAT (where applicable). Any shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you submit your order.
6. Payment
Payment methods available for your order are displayed during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.
7. Delivery & Risk of Loss
We deliver to the countries shown during checkout. Delivery times are shown on the product page and/or during checkout. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you (or to a person authorized by you).
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
9.1 Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
9.2 Exercising withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Junax Technology GmbH, Schmiedberg 7, 86152 Augsburg, Germany, info@trimonitor.eu, +49 172 738 9723) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Important: Your withdrawal notice must be sent to us using the contact details above. The address for returning the goods may differ (see section 9.4).
9.3 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Diminished value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
9.4 Return of goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
Return costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific product or promotion.

9.6 Online withdrawal option (information)
If an electronic withdrawal option is provided on our website, you may also submit your withdrawal online using that function. Note (Germany): From 19 June 2026, German law requires traders to provide an electronic withdrawal function for online contracts; we intend to provide a compliant option on our website.
10. Statutory Defect Rights & Junax 2-Year Seller Warranty
Your statutory rights in case of defects (“Gewährleistung”) remain unaffected.
In addition, Junax provides a voluntary 2-year seller warranty for eligible products purchased via our official sales channels. Details (scope, exclusions and process) are described on our “Warranty / Guarantee Conditions” page.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability rules. In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
12. Consumer Dispute Resolution (VSBG)
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in a specific case.
13. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung) and applicable data protection laws.
14. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
