Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Terms

At Trimonitör (trimonitor.eu), we strive to process your order cancellation, return, or exchange requests in the best and fastest way possible. Please read the terms below to ensure your request is handled smoothly.

1) Order Cancellation (before shipment)

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer service by phone (+49 172 738 9723) during business hours. For requests outside business hours, please email us at info@trimonitor.eu.

Once we receive your request, your order will be cancelled and, if you have already paid, your payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

If the order has already been shipped, the withdrawal/return procedure applies after delivery instead of cancellation.

2) Right of Withdrawal & Product Return

Please contact us before taking any action so that we can provide packaging and return instructions, the correct return address, and shipping information.

The withdrawal (cancellation) period is 14 days. This period starts once you have been informed of your right of withdrawal and have received the withdrawal information. If this information is provided later, the 14-day period begins on the date you receive it.

If you return the product within the 14‑day withdrawal period, you generally bear the shipping and packaging costs. Exceptions apply if we explicitly offer to cover these costs or if we failed to inform you of these costs before purchase.

Returned products must be complete, undamaged, and in their original boxes. To prevent damage during transport, please pack the product exactly as it was sent to you, including any protective materials.

We will refund the purchase price without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

3) Product Exchange

If you would like to exchange a product for a different product, the exchange will be handled through a return and a new order. Please initiate the return procedure within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.

4) Incorrect / Incomplete Order

Please open the package and check its contents upon delivery. If you find any errors, missing items, or damage, contact us immediately so we can assist you.

6) Returns Address

Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner. Please do not send any returns without contacting us first.
