Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Terms

At Trimonitör, we strive to process your order cancellation, return, or exchange requests in the best and fastest way possible. Please note the following information to ensure your requests are processed smoothly.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service (+49 172 738 9723) before the product is shipped. Our customer service is active weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00. For cancellations outside these hours, please contact us via email (info@trimonitor.eu).

Once we receive your request, your order will be cancelled and, if you have already paid, your payment will be refunded.

If the order has been shipped, the right to withdraw from the contract (return) process applies after delivery instead of cancellation (see below).

Product Return

The cancellation period is 14 days. However, this period only applies once you have been informed of your right of cancellation by your contractual partner or seller and have received the cancellation policy. If the seller provides the policy later, you then have 14 days to cancel. If you decide to return the product within the 14-day cancellation period, you must bear the shipping and packaging costs. The only exceptions are if the seller offers to cover these costs or if the seller fails to inform you of these costs before the purchase. You should always be informed of the terms and conditions before purchasing. The seller must refund the purchase price immediately, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Returned products must be in their original boxes, complete and undamaged. To prevent damage to the product and its box during transport, please pack them exactly as they were sent to you.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product you purchased for a different product, a return process will be applied. To do this, you must initiate the return procedure within 14 (fourteen) days of the date your order was delivered to you.

Incorrect/Incomplete Order

We take great care to ensure your order arrives correctly and completely. Orders placed during business hours will be delivered the same day, and orders placed after business hours will be delivered the next business day to confirm your order details. Please open the package and check its contents upon delivery. If you find any errors or missing items, please contact us.
