At Trimonitör, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you will find the most important information about the process – from ordering to delivery.

When will my order be processed?

  •  Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Saturday-Sunday: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

What Does It Mean When My Order Is “Pending”?

  • Bank Transfer: The order remains in “Pending” status until payment has been verified.
  • Credit Card: Automatically confirmed and changes to “Processing” status.

How Can I Get Information About My Order?

  • Order confirmation via email.
  • Shipping notification including tracking number via email.
  • SMS notification may be sent by the shipping provider.

When will my order be shipped? (Same-Day Shipping)

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed by 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same business day.
  • Saturday-Sunday: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

When will my order arrive?

  • Within Germany: Usually 1–2 business days after shipment.
  • In regions without daily delivery, delivery will be made on the next available delivery day.
  • No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Are there shipping costs?

  • Free shipping on orders over €200.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Which shipping provider is used?

  • Shipping is exclusively via DHL Parcel.
