Model Selection

All of our Trimonitor models are compatible with Windows and MacOS operating systems.

Installation

For computers running the Windows operating system, installation is usually not required. For computers running the MacOS operating system, Trimonitor must be installed once. If you have purchased our 14“ or 15.4” Single Trimonitor product, you can use it without installation on either operating system.

You can use Trimonitor on computers running the Windows operating system without installing it. If your computer does not detect Trimonitor, click this link to follow the installation steps for Windows.

Settings

You can adjust your screen settings by going to System > Display Settings in your computer’s Settings menu. For a video tutorial, please click here.

You can adjust the brightness of the Trimonitor using the “+” and “-” buttons on the panel. Additionally, if your computer’s charging cable is Type-C, connecting this cable to the Trimonitor will increase the brightness of your screens. To do this, simply drag the edge of your window to expand it across your screens. To watch our video on this topic, click this link.
Many programs have the ability to remember the last screen position and size used. After opening your program, drag the window to the screen of your choice. When you are finished, close the program. When you open the program again, it will greet you on the screen you last used.
You need to install the driver. Connect one end of the cable that comes out of the box to your computer and the other end to the Trimonitor. If your computer is connected to Wi-Fi, the driver will download automatically on Windows operating systems. If the driver does not download automatically, install the driver that comes out of the box. After installing the driver, it is recommended that you restart your computer.

Shipping

  • Monday–Friday: Orders placed by 5:00 PM are usually shipped the same business day.
  • Saturday: Orders placed by 1:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after these times, as well as on Sundays, will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping is exclusively via DHL Parcel.
