1. Your statutory rights (legal warranty / ‘Gewährleistung’)

In addition to this voluntary warranty, you have statutory rights for defects under German law. These statutory rights apply independently and are not limited by this warranty. For new goods, statutory defect claims generally exist for 2 years from delivery (subject to legal requirements). If a defect becomes apparent within the first 12 months, the law generally presumes the defect already existed at delivery (with exceptions).

2. Junax 2-year seller warranty (voluntary)

We provide a voluntary 2-year seller warranty for Trimonitor devices purchased from our official sales channels (e.g., our website and invoices issued by Junax Technology GmbH).

Warranty period: 24 months (2 years) from the date of delivery to the customer.

Territorial scope: Germany and EU/EEA, provided the device was purchased from Junax Technology GmbH and the claim is handled through our service process.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing and material defects occurring during normal, intended use.

Our solution (at our discretion) for justified claims:

  • Repair (service / replacement of faulty parts), or
  • Replacement with an equivalent device (new or refurbished), or
  • If repair/replacement is not reasonable: refund (full or partial, depending on the case).

Cost: Warranty service is free of charge for justified claims.

3. Typical exclusions (not covered)

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, cracks, liquid ingress, fire, misuse or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized repairs/modifications or the use of non-approved parts.
  • Normal wear and tear and purely cosmetic changes.
  • Damage caused by software changes outside normal device operation.

  • Invoice/order number and purchase date.
  • Product model and serial number (if available).
  • Clear issue description and photos/videos (if possible).

Before sending your device:

  • Back up personal data and remove accounts/passwords (if possible).
  • Pack securely (preferably in original packaging).
