Overview

This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered and paid for when purchasing from trimonitor.eu.

Shipping Destinations

Orders are dispatched from Germany to the countries offered during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Orders with a value of €200 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, the applicable shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed clearly during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2:00 PM (CET) are generally processed the same business day. On Fridays, orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received later, on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time is generally 2–9 business days depending on destination. Delivery times may vary because of customs, carrier operations, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Courier Partners

Shipments are sent with DHL. In countries where DHL does not complete the final delivery, DHL may transfer the parcel to an authorized local delivery partner.

Tracking

A shipment confirmation email including the tracking number is sent once your order has been dispatched.

Customs

For destinations outside the European Union, including Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes and similar charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer

Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched after payment has been received. If payment is not received within three business days, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Payment Security

Payments are processed using secure encrypted payment gateways. We do not store complete payment card information.

Order Confirmation

Customers receive an order confirmation after purchase and an invoice for completed orders.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
